ORDERING
Orders can be emailed or faxed anytime. If you prefer to place an order by phone, you may call us toll-free 800-699-2425, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm CST. Please have codes and quantities readily available for efficient ordering.
PAYMENT
First time customers will be asked to prepay with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your card will be charged the day your order is shipped. With proof of credit, we do offer Net terms. If you have Net terms, please do NOT call with a credit card after you receive your shipment unless you intend to switch to a prepay customer.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect our customers’ privacy. All personal information that you supply will be handled securely and held confidential at all times. Your personal and business information will never be shared with a third party.
RETURNS AND GUARANTEES
If you are not satisfied with any product, contact us within 10 business days of the receipt of your order and we will issue a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition in its original packaging. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, except in the event of defective merchandise. Refunds and/or account credits will be issued promptly.
SHIPPING
We ship via UPS Ground to anywhere in the contiguous United States. There is a minimum shipping charge of $9.00 on any order, except in the event of backorders. B/O items are shipped with a 50% discount on freight, unless the customer adds items to the order. Typically, we will call to make sure you still want your backorder if a significant time frame has elapsed.
