Ordering
We are a wholesale business that sells to businesses only. A minimum order of $200 is required. Please order through the site after creating your own account and login. If you prefer, you can email an order anytime or place an order over the phone by calling 800-699-2425, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm CST. Please have codes and quantities readily available for efficient ordering.
Payment
First time customers will be asked to prepay with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. With proof of credit, we do offer Net terms. Please call to set up terms with us.
Privacy Policy
We respect our customers’ privacy. All personal information that you supply will be handled securely and held confidential at all times. Your personal and business information will never be shared with a third party.
Returns and Guarantees
If you are not satisfied with any product, contact us within 10 business days of the receipt of your order and we will issue a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition in its original packaging. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, except in the event of defective merchandise. Refunds and/or account credits will be issued promptly.
Shipping
We ship via UPS Ground and US Post to anywhere in the contiguous United States. Shipping and Handling fees will be calulated at checkout. In the event of miscalculation, there may be additional re-authorization of payment that is required should the cost exceed intial estimations.
